Working together, we define and implement goals that are meaningful to your overall health and well-being.
I offer a 15-minute free phone consultation as well as a free 1-hour, in-person consultation to confirm that we are a good fit for each other.
At My Location
Coaching sessions at my location are $65/hour, $40/30 minutes.
A 10-session package is available for $600.
At Your Location
Coaching sessions can be held at your location for $65/hour. Travel time is calculated at the same rate and standard mileage fees may apply.
A 10-session package is available for $600.
Virtual sessions are available for $45/hour.
Other Locations
I am open to meeting in a park, at a coffee or tea shop, or at any location that is agreeable to us both.
